Skin Rituals

  • Skin Rituals help to restore balance, encourage radiance, and help reduce feelings of stress and overwhelm. Each Skin Ritual will always be bespoke to you and your skin needs and conditions. Monthly rituals (every 4-6 weeks) work beautifully with your skin’s natural renewal cycle, but you’re welcome to experience them as often as feels right for you.

  • Each ritual has been created with different needs in mind, from skin nourishment, lifting and sculpting to deep relaxation. If you’re unsure, I recommend starting with The Discovery Consultation. This gives us time to talk about your skin, your wellbeing, and what you’d most like to experience, so I can guide you toward the ritual that will serve you best. You’re also welcome to email me with any questions before booking - I’ll happily help you choose.

  • At the time of booking, you will receive a detailed PDF guide to download, with everything you need to know and prepare and feel comfortable on the day. This includes what to expect during your ritual, how to arrive, and gentle aftercare guidance.

  • Comfort is key. I recommend wearing loose, relaxed clothing so you can fully unwind. During your ritual, you’ll remain covered at all times, with only the areas being treated uncovered. For Skin Rituals, I do need access to the upper chest, as this area is an important part of the ritual - but your comfort is always my priority.

    You may want to leave your jewellery at home. Certain pieces of jewellery will need to be removed and placed in your bag before your ritual begins.

  • Each ritual will be individually based on your needs and concerns. No two rituals will ever be identical due the nature of how our skin needs and concerns change. The basic outline of the ritual will include a skin consultation and skin analysis. Relaxation techniques lay the foundations of you receiving your ritual, followed by a thorough cleanse of the skin. Thereafter, a variety of modalities will be chosen especially for you. A combination of hands on massage techniques, product application and non-invasive skin therapies will be included to treat the skin concerns and needs identified in your consultation.

  • Yes - skin rituals can be a beautiful way to nurture yourself during pregnancy. All rituals are adapted to ensure your comfort and safety.

    Your skin can experience many hormonal changes through pregnancy. A skin ritual can address these concerns. You may experience skin sensitivity, hormonal skin breakouts or Melasma (excess melanin production causing noticeable darker patches on the skin) a skin ritual can help address these concerns.

    Please let me know if you are pregnant at the time of booking so I can bespoke your ritual appropriately.

  • The best way to extend the benefits is through gentle daily care - staying well hydrated, following a simple yet effective skin routine, and allowing yourself regular moments of rest. I’ll share personalised aftercare advice at the end of your ritual, so you leave with simple steps to support your skin and overall wellbeing at home.

  • Reflexology is a gentle, holistic ritual that encourages the body to release tension, restore harmony to the reflexes, while supporting its natural healing processes.

    Many guests notice reduced stress, improved sleep, and a greater sense of overall wellbeing. For lasting benefits, I recommend experiencing a Reflexology Ritual every 2-4 weeks, though even a single session can leave you feeling deeply restored.

  • At the time of booking you’ll receive a detailed PDF guide with everything you need to know to prepare and feel comfortable on the day, including what to expect during the ritual with gentle aftercare guidance.

  • Comfortable, loose clothing is best so you can relax fully. You’ll remain covered with a light blanket at all times, with only your feet and lower legs exposed for the ritual. Your comfort will always be a priority.

  • Yes, reflexology can be a wonderful way to support wellbeing prior and during and even after pregnancy. Rituals are adapted to ensure safety and comfort.

REFLEXOLOGY RITUAL

  • Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that restore harmony to your mind, body and spirit. Guests often feel deeply relaxed, release emotional tension, and experience a renewed sense of clarity and wellbeing. for lasting benefits, I recommend experiencing a Reiki Ritual every 4-8 weeks, though even a single session can leave you feeling refreshed and restored. I am always guided by you and when you would like to reserve your next ritual.

  • No special preparation is needed - however some guests like to set an intention for their session - but you can just come as you are.

    At the time of booking you will receive a detailed PDF guide to download, explaining what to expect during and after the session and how to create a calm, comfortable space for any thing that unfolds for you.

  • Comfortable, loose clothing is ideal so you can fully relax. You’ll remain fully covered with a light blanket throughout the session, with your comfort will always be a priority through the session.

  • Yes - Reiki is a safe, gentle practice during pregnancy and can support relaxation and emotional wellbeing. Please let me know if you are pregnant when booking so I can bespoke your session accordingly.

  • You can support the benefits by allowing yourself quiet moments of rest after the session. Stay hydrated, and practice gentle self care through journaling any thoughts or emotions that may arise, gentle breath work or grounding your feet into the earth. I will also share personalised aftercare guidance at the end of your session.
