Cancellation Policy

Your time at The Ritual Space is held just for you, and I take care to prepare your treatment with intention and presence.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the space to someone else who may be waiting.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will be charged in full.

I understand that life happens, and I’ll always approach unexpected situations with compassion — but I kindly ask that you honour this policy to support the sustainability of this work.
