Alchemy Sound Rituals

A deeply nurturing one-to-one sound ritual where pure frequencies of crystal alchemy bowls gently guide the body and nervous system into deep rest and energetic harmony. As sound moves through and around the body, it supports emotional release, restores balance, and provides a pathway to your natural essence.

Held within a warm and intimate sanctuary space adorned with candles, crystals and soft incense to help you feel safe, held and completely cared for from the moment you arrive.

We begin with a gentle wellbeing check-in, intention setting, affirmation or oracle card guidance, and a grounding guided meditation to help you transition away from the outside world and into a space of presence and receiving.

You will then be invited to settle onto a softly layered floor bed with blankets, bolsters and an eye pillow as the Crystal Alchemy bowls are played around you. The sounds are intuitively woven together with moments of spacious silence towards the end, allowing the frequencies and vibrations time to fully land within the body.

The ritual gently closes with grounding and centering practices to gently guide you back into the present moment feeling calmer, lighter and more connected within yourself.

Created as a space for restoration and reconnection, the experience invites your body and nervous system into a softer, more supported state of being.

To enhance your experience, an optional 30 minute Reiki ritual can be added to our time together, intuitively supporting energetic balance, emotional wellbeing and a softer return to self.

This shared Alchemy Sound Ritual is designed for small groups of 2–4, offering a more intimate and connected experience. Whether you arrive with friends or family, there is something quietly powerful about dropping into stillness side by side. As the crystal bowls are played, their vibrations ripple through the body, softening tension, calming the nervous system, and creating space for release.

Within this shared field, connection deepens without the need for words. You may find yourselves breathing in rhythm, unwinding together, held in the same gentle frequency. It becomes less about conversation, and more about presence being with one another in a way that feels grounding, restorative, and real.

You’ll leave not only feeling lighter and more balanced within yourself, but often with a renewed sense of closeness to those you’ve shared the experience with.

A series of intimate, shared sound journeys offered throughout the year—each one gently attuned to the rhythms of nature, the shifting of the seasons, and the subtle pull of the moon.

These gatherings are an invitation to pause and realign as the world around you changes. To soften into each transition, whether that’s the emergence of spring, the fullness of summer, the release of autumn, or the stillness of winter… or the quiet reset of a new moon and the expansion of a full moon.

Held in a small group of up to four, the space remains deeply personal, yet quietly collective.

You may arrive as strangers, but within the shared field of sound, something begins to settle; breath slows, the body softens, and a natural sense of connection can unfold.

Each session becomes its own ritual, shaped by the energy of the moment.

Within this space, you are invited to:

These group sound healing sessions are designed to bring people into harmony through frequency, vibration and guided presence. Each experience is thoughtfully created to support the energy of the group, allowing everyone to soften, reconnect and receive.

Every session is bespoke and can be intuitively designed around a theme or intention that feels meaningful for the group. This may include gentle breathwork, guided visualisation, grounding practices, reiki and an immersive crystal alchemy sound journey using sacred tones and vibration to encourage deep relaxation and energetic balance.

Group sound healing rituals can be created for a variety of gatherings, including:
