The Ritual Collective

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 02 Sept 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before joining or using The Ritual Collective. By purchasing a membership or accessing The Ritual Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not purchase or use the membership.

1. About The Ritual Collective

The Ritual Collective is a digital membership created and provided by The Ritual Space (“we”, “us”, “our”).

The Ritual Collective is designed as a virtual sanctuary offering members access to digital content, practices, resources, rituals and other experiences intended to support moments of slowing down, reconnecting and restoring.

The content provided within The Ritual Collective is for general wellbeing, educational and inspirational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic or professional advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice or treatment.

2. Membership

Membership gives you access to the digital content and resources made available within The Ritual Collective during your active membership period.

The content available may include, but is not limited to:

  • guided rituals and practices;

  • audio and video content;

  • written resources;

  • meditations or relaxation practices;

  • workshops or classes;

  • journalling prompts;

  • seasonal or themed content;

  • member-only resources; and

  • other digital experiences we choose to introduce.

We reserve the right to update, change, add or remove content within The Ritual Collective from time to time. We may also introduce new features, resources or experiences as the membership develops.

Access to particular content, features or resources is not guaranteed indefinitely unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership unless we expressly state otherwise.

By joining The Ritual Collective, you confirm that the information you provide when purchasing your membership is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Membership Fees and Payments

The Ritual Collective is offered on a monthly membership basis.

The current membership price will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Where your membership is a recurring subscription, you authorise us or our payment provider to take the applicable membership fee at the relevant renewal interval until your membership is cancelled.

We reserve the right to change our membership pricing. If the price of your existing recurring membership changes, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price applies to your membership.

5. Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel your recurring membership before your next billing date, your membership will automatically renew for the same membership period.

You are responsible for cancelling your membership before your next renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.

Cancellation instructions will be made available through the relevant membership or payment platform.

6. Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time by following the cancellation process provided by us or the relevant payment platform.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will prevent future renewal payments but will not normally provide a refund for the membership period that has already been paid for.

You will generally retain access to The Ritual Collective until the end of your current paid membership period, unless your access is terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms.

7. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you are purchasing The Ritual Collective as a consumer in the UK, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract, subject to applicable exceptions.

Because The Ritual Collective provides digital content, including content that may be made available immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly consent to the digital content being supplied during the cancellation period and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right to cancel once the digital content has been supplied.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

8. Digital Content and Access

The Ritual Collective is a digital service. You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and any necessary software required to access the membership.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep The Ritual Collective accessible and functioning, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Occasionally, access may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Personal Use Only

Your membership is for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You must not:

  • share your membership login details with another person;

  • allow another person to access your membership;

  • copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit membership content;

  • upload or redistribute membership materials elsewhere;

  • record, reproduce or publicly share paid member content without our permission; or

  • use membership content to create or sell a competing product or service.

You are responsible for keeping your account and login details secure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content within The Ritual Collective, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, recordings, designs, written materials, branding, logos, concepts and downloadable resources, belongs to us or is used by us under appropriate licence.

Your membership gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the content for your own personal use during your membership.

It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, licence or commercially exploit any membership content without our prior written permission.

11. Wellbeing Disclaimer

The Ritual Collective is intended to provide a supportive space for reflection, wellbeing and personal practice.

However, the practices and information provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical or mental health condition.

You should use your own judgement when participating in any practice or activity.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are receiving treatment, take medication, or have any concerns about whether a particular practice is suitable for you, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.

If a practice causes you discomfort, pain, distress or feels inappropriate for you, you should stop.

12. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that membership will result in any particular physical, emotional, mental, personal or lifestyle outcome.

Everyone’s experience will be different, and the results of engaging with the content will depend on individual circumstances and participation.

13. Community and Member Conduct

If The Ritual Collective includes a community, discussion area, group, live session or other interactive member space, members are expected to treat one another with kindness and respect.

You must not:

  • harass, threaten or abuse another member;

  • post offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate material;

  • impersonate another person;

  • share another member’s personal information without permission;

  • use the community for unsolicited advertising or promotion; or

  • engage in behaviour that could reasonably be considered harmful or disruptive to the community.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.

14. Changes to The Ritual Collective

We may occasionally change, improve, update or restructure The Ritual Collective.

This may include changes to content, features, schedules, platforms or the way membership is delivered.

Where a change materially affects your membership, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership if:

  • you fail to make a payment;

  • you materially breach these Terms & Conditions;

  • you misuse or unlawfully distribute membership content;

  • you share your account with others;

  • your behaviour creates a risk to us, our business or other members; or

  • we are required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before terminating access.

Termination of your membership does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for losses that arise from your misuse of The Ritual Collective or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Third-Party Platforms and Services

The Ritual Collective may use third-party platforms and services to process payments, host content, communicate with members or provide other functionality.

Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

18. Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By joining The Ritual Collective, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed as described in that Privacy Policy.

19. Communications

By becoming a member, you may receive communications relating to your membership, including information about your account, payments, access, updates and important changes.

Where you separately consent to receive marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications.

20. Events and Live Sessions

Where The Ritual Collective includes live sessions, workshops or events, dates and times will be communicated to members in advance where reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to change or cancel a session where necessary.

Where a session is recorded, we may make the recording available to members as part of the membership.

21. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure to provide The Ritual Collective where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet or platform outages, natural events, government action or other unforeseen circumstances.

22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you will also retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law applicable to you.
